Does the first visit cost the same as ongoing cleaning?
Not necessarily. A first visit can need more time or a deeper clean. We quote it separately when needed and agree on the ongoing plan before you commit.
Do recurring visits include every deep-cleaning task?
No. We agree on the maintenance checklist for your home. Detailed buildup, appliance interiors and other extras need to be listed and priced separately.
Can I change or pause my schedule?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability, and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions must be agreed in your booking terms.
