The right scope depends on the renovation, surfaces and what remains on site. Share photos and the contractor’s finish date so we can assess the work; a walkthrough may be needed before quoting.

Suitable vacuuming and hard-floor cleaning, with room priorities, remaining residue and site readiness assessed first.
Site readiness matters.
Before the visit, arrange removal of construction waste, tools and sharp debris, stop active dusty work, and provide safe access, water and electricity. Window cleaning, hazardous-material remediation and specialist residue removal are not included. Paint, adhesive or grout residue needs assessment; we cannot promise its removal.

Can you clean while construction is still happening?
We assess site readiness first. Active dusty work can undo a final clean, so we agree on a suitable stage and timing before booking.
Does this include hauling away renovation waste?
Construction-waste removal is not included. Arrange removal of large debris, sharps and tools before the agreed cleaning visit.
Can you remove paint, adhesive or grout residue?
Please disclose it before quoting. Removal depends on the material and finish and may require a specialist. We do not promise complete removal or restoration of damaged surfaces.
