A note on privacy.
Updated October 18, 2026
What you share with us
When you request a quote, you can share your name, email, phone number, neighbourhood or postal code, cleaning needs, approximate home size, bedrooms and bathrooms, whether the property is occupied, when it was last thoroughly cleaned and preferred timing. Extra property-detail fields are optional. Please leave out payment details, door codes and other security information.
Why we use it
Pine & Shine uses your enquiry to respond, assess the cleaning work, prepare a quote and arrange an appointment if you choose to book. Sending a quote request does not subscribe you to marketing emails or confirm a booking.
How requests reach us
The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business email inbox. These providers handle information as part of delivering their services. You can read FormSubmit's privacy notice and Google's privacy policy. Our website does not keep a separate client database. We do not add advertising pixels or use a separate website analytics service.
Google reviews
Our Google reviews section is supplied by Reviews Widget. When it loads, your browser connects to Reviews Widget and related Google services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Public reviewer names, photos, ratings and comments are displayed with links back to Google. You can read Reviews Widget's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. You can also use the direct Google Reviews link to view our profile.
Corrections or deletion requests
For a privacy question, a request to access or correct your information, or a request to delete information you shared with Pine & Shine, contact info@pineandshinecleaning.com or call 807-464-6355.
Booking records and marketing permission
We keep enquiry and service records as needed to respond, carry out agreed work, resolve concerns and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. If you ask for deletion, we’ll explain any information we need to retain. Sending photos for a quote does not give us permission to publish them; we ask separately before using identifiable home photos or your name in marketing.
